The newly-incorporated company plans to use the investment raised through the float to make acquisitions in the retail sector.
The company, based in Manchester, is led by executive chairman David Wilson OBE, a career banker, finance director Warren Bomsztyk, currently FD at Lakas Investments and non-executive director Gus Harris who has spent over two decades in the retail industry.
The directors believe that their broad collective experience will aid them in the identification and evaluation of acquisitions.
Also, the company believes there are a number of highly attractive investment opportunities in the retail sector, and PLUS is way for the company to prepare to make these buys.
On admission, Azurite’s share capital comprises 276.7 million shares at 0.075p each, 100,000,000 were placed at one pence each raising £1m
