TBB have received requests from investors during the holiday season for an extension to allow them to prepare their bids.
The company will now commence trading on Plus, formerly known as Ofex, on September 18.
The company was founded by Trevor Baylis, the inventor of the clockwork radio, in September 2002.
TBB offers ‘route to market’ services for innovative businesses and the company believe that the Baylis brand will enable fruitful relationships between investors and inventors.
Baylis is president and chairman of the company, David Bunting its chief executive and its commercial director is Robert Fairall.
TBB’s offer for subscription is for a total of £1.5m, the company has said it doesn’t intend to extend the offer again.
