The company will be known as Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings Plc, when it takes its listing on London’s junior stock exchange.
The new company will be one of UK's biggest real estate fund managers, holding more than £8bn in assets.
It is looking to raise £100m and is due to float on September 22.
