M3 Corporate Finance and Moon Consulting are now offering a new service for senior executives who want ‘to escape the treadmill of corporate life’ and own a part of their companies.
M3 will work closely with Moon Consulting’s clients to identify potential acquisitions, help raise any additional capital to fund a management buy-in, and provide transaction support and advice.
Mark Crossfield, a director at M3, said: “Research shows that more than half of owner-managed companies have no succession plans in place so there would appear to be plenty of opportunities for senior managers and directors to acquire their own business.
