The company is a leader in providing CRM to the construction and building sector and has about 300 clients in the field including companies such as Balfour Beatty Rail, Dimplex, Hanson, Sisk, Amey and Kingspan.
SevenThree, based in Coventry, West Midlands, is also Microsoft’s only recommended partner for CRM giving it a clear advantage over competitors.
Both Maxima and SevenThree believe that the deal will work as there is a strong cultural and strategic fit between the two companies.
Also, it is thought that there is considerable room for expansion in the construction industry, which represents about eight percent of the UK’s GDP.
