The group is comprised of three companies: Trust Property Management Ltd a management services business; Skylon Ltd, a chartered surveyors and Trust Credit Services Ltd, which supplies credit to tenants.
The group, headquartered in Edgware, Middlesex, has approximately 10,000 residential and commercial units under its management.
The recently incorporated company, headed by chief executive Benjamin John Charles Mire, finance director Shane Brian Warner and non-executive chairman David Glass is being divided into 29.4m shares of a value of one pence each.
It is being introduced to the market by its nominated advisor (Nomad) City Financial Associates Ltd and the company’s broker is Ellis Stockbrokers Ltd.
The first day of trading is expected to be on March 8, 2007.
