Supply fast and efficient printer technology that’s designed for businesses of all sizes. We are about to launch a new all-inclusive printer lease plan – called Print Smart – that includes a printer, all consumables and the support services a business needs for a fixed quarterly cost.
What does this mean in practice?
Our Print Smart lease plan has a number of benefits. You get the latest printer technology with everything you can think of included in the price.
The printer intelligently lets us know when you need replacement consumables, and we deliver them before you even know you’re running low.
We’ll also set up the printer on your office network, get it up and running and then train your employees on how to use it to achieve maximum productivity.
The plan also gives you on-site, next-day technical support when you need it. We’ll even take away and recycle your old printer if required.
What size company suits you?
We have a base of loyal customers who buy our products – around five hundred thousand printers a year end up in firms across the UK – and they typically have from one to 100 employees.
Why should I care?
Many businesses are throwing money down the drain by using printers inefficiently. A recent survey of 250 businesses revealed that, despite the increase in use of electronic documents and the replacement of fax with email, 32% of workers still print documents to proof read and 22% print off their emails, the majority of which are not business critical. What’s more, only 6% of businesses regularly use both sides of the paper when printing. The research also revealed that 58% of small businesses don’t have the facility to print paper on both sides.
