Margaret Manning is the CEO of Reading Room, a full service digital communications agency employing 150 people with offices in London, Manchester, Sydney and Canberra. Manning, who won the Female Entrepreneur of the Year award at the 2008 Fast Growth Business Awards, has steered the company through rapid growth in the last ten years, and is aiming to increase the firm’s turnover from £2.5m in 2005 to £25m in 2010.
