Online print shop Printed.com has launched a new reward programme, which is believed to be the first of its kind in the UK print industry.
The scheme, which has been in development for the past six months, allows users to gain points for every purchase made at the online store.
Depending on the customer’s continued spend, the number of points distributed can range from four to 10 for every £1 spent. Alternatively, customers can earn rewards for blog posting, entering competitions or recommending friends.
In addition to receiving discounts on Printed.com products, customers will be able to spend their points on stock imagery and other office supplies at any of the print company’s three partner firms, Bigstock, TheOfficeSuppliesSupermarket or Inspire.
Since launching in November 2011, the fast-growing company has secured over 80,000 transactions and founder Nicholas Green is confident that the latest scheme will benefit repeat customers.
He said: “Here at printed.com we are constantly developing new ways to help our customers, and we hope our reward programme is something they will be excited about.
“Cash flow can often be tight for many businesses so programmes such as this can make a huge difference in the long run and give more back to loyal customers.”
