UK-based interactive marketing firm Sign-Up.to, run by Growing Business Young Gun alumnus Matt McNeill, has begun its international expansion by opening an office in Brisbane, Australia.
The Brisbane operation will be headed up by Brenden Rawson, an Australian who previously worked for Sign-Up.to in the UK, and will strive to offer local support for the company’s Australian client base.

The launch of the new office is designed to coincide with Australia Day, a national holiday in Australia, and will shortly be followed by visits to New York and Texas, as Sign-Up.to seeks to raise its profile beyond the UK.

Established nine years ago, Sign-Up.to has developed a plethora of social, mobile and email marketing tools for more than 2,000 companies such as Prezzo Restaurants, The Economist and Tourism Thailand.

Discussing the Brisbane launch, McNeill said: “A couple of years ago we decided to celebrate Australia Day by having a barbeque outside our offices here in Woking. It was snowing, so it was a little cold to say the least, and those sausages never did quite cook properly. The board shorts were definitely a mistake!

“This year we thought we needed to do something more substantial, and what better way to celebrate than by opening a full Sign-Up.to office down under. So we have!”
