Be mentored for a year by one of Britain’s leading entrepreneurs
Growing Business has teamed up with Simon Duffy, founder of Bulldog, the UK’s largest natural skincare brand for men, to offer readers an invaluable opportunity.
If you are looking to start growing your business overseas, this is a chance to get a real head start by learning from someone who has seen his products achieve huge success in foreign markets.
Bulldog has recently secured a major distribution deal to export its products in America. The move signifies Bulldog’s largest export agreement to date, and will see Bulldog’s products launch in all 300 Whole Foods Market store across the country. Whole Foods Market is the world’s largest natural and organic foods retailer, with sales of over $9bn in 2010.
Simon therefore is ideally placed to help growing businesses plan their exporting strategy and is prepared to offer a mentoring session a month with the winning entrepreneur.
How will it work?
Through Simon working to help devise, deliver and tweak a successful exporting strategy, we hope to track the progress of businesses on the cusp of greatness.
We’ll also be covering the companies’ progress every month, with regular updates at www.growingbusiness.co.uk from Simon and the businesses he works with. Simon will also share the trials and tribulations he has experienced when taking a business abroad.
As well as an excellent PR opportunity for successful entrants, your business stands a far stronger chance of hitting targets with someone who has been there before.
What we’re looking for
Successful companies will possess the following:
- A unique selling point
- A genuine brand
- A sincere marketing story and quality products
- Innovation and ambition
